How we can help

Most people who contact us fall into one of a few buckets, and knowing which one you're in helps us route you to the right person on the first reply. If you're an insurance agent or agency evaluating the AI caller, we can show you how outbound dialing, inbound answering, and warm transfers to your 20+ agents actually work on live campaigns — not just in a slide deck. If you're mid-onboarding, we can help with number provisioning, warmup schedules that ramp from roughly 10 to 20 to 30 to 40 calls per day, and connecting your HighLevel CRM so contacts, tags, and appointments sync automatically.

We also hear from teams comparing tools, agencies that want a second set of eyes on their calling compliance posture, and existing customers with account or billing questions. Whatever the reason, a short, specific message gets you a faster, more useful answer than a one-line "tell me more."

What to include in your message

The more context you give us, the less back-and-forth it takes to get you a real answer. When you fill out the form, try to include:

  • • Your agency name and roughly how many outbound or inbound calls you handle per day.
  • • The CRM you use today (for example HighLevel) and any tools you'd want the caller to sync with.
  • • The outcome you're after — booked appointments, warm transfers, number warmup, or spam defense.
  • • Your timeline and team size, so we can tailor a rollout plan.
  • • Any compliance questions specific to your lines of business or states you call into.

You don't need to have everything figured out. Even a two-sentence description of what you're trying to fix — "our answer rate is low" or "we can't keep up with inbound" — is enough for us to point you in the right direction.

Response times

We reply to most messages within one business day, and often much faster during weekday hours. Account-affecting issues from existing customers are prioritized and are usually answered the same business day. Messages sent overnight, on weekends, or on US holidays are answered on the next business day, in the order they arrive. If your question is genuinely time-sensitive, the fastest path is to book a call or check the Help Center, where many setup and troubleshooting answers are already written up.

Other ways to reach us

The contact form is the best way to start, but it isn't the only one. Pick whatever fits how you like to work:

Support hours

Our team responds Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, excluding US holidays. Your AI caller itself keeps working outside those hours — inbound calls are answered around the clock and outbound campaigns run on the schedule you set — but human replies from our support team follow the business-hours window above. We watch the inbox closely during the day, so a message sent at 10am typically gets a same-day acknowledgment.

For existing customers vs. new customers

If you're new and exploring the platform, tell us about your goals and current setup, and we'll suggest a rollout that matches your call volume and team. Booking a call is usually the quickest way to get concrete answers about pricing, warmup, and transfers to your agents.

If you're an existing customer, email us from the address on file or use in-app help so we can verify your account and jump straight to the fix. Include your workspace name and a short description of what's happening. Because you're responsible for the content and compliance of your own campaigns — including obligations under the TCPA and FCC telemarketing rules — we're also happy to point you to the settings and documentation that help you stay compliant as you scale.
