Included on every plan

What's included on every plan

No add-on fees for the essentials. Whether you're a solo agent on Single Account or an agency routing volume, the core calling engine is the same — the only differences are how many agents you can transfer to and how low your per-minute rate goes. Every plan ships with the six capabilities below at no extra charge.

Warm transfers

Rings 20+ agents at once — first to answer wins the live caller.

Number warmup

10→20→30→40 calls/day/number in weekly stages for steadier delivery.

Spam & voicemail defense

Drops instantly on voicemail and tags spam — no wasted minutes.

HighLevel sync

Tags, fields, pipelines, transcripts, and recordings sync automatically.

Multi-calendar routing

ACA, Medicare, and Dental intents booked to the right calendar.

Premium voices

Human-like voices tuned for engagement and higher conversion.

Usage billing

How per-minute billing works

Your monthly plan fee keeps your AI caller provisioned, warmed, and connected to your CRM. On top of that, you pay only for talk time — the minutes the AI actually spends in a live conversation. Single Account starts at $0.20/min and Agency at $0.18/min, and both rates fall as you buy minutes in bulk. There is no rounding up to whole calls and no charge for dials that never connect.

This matters because most dial attempts don't turn into conversations. When the AI hits a voicemail, it drops the call in under a second and you aren't billed for the dead air. When it reaches a real person, the meter runs only for the seconds you're in dialogue. That's why a campaign that dials thousands of numbers can still bill for a fraction of that in actual talk minutes.

A worked example: 2,000 talk minutes a month

Say you're a solo agent on Single Account and your campaign produces roughly 2,000 minutes of live conversation in a month. At the standard $0.20/min rate, that's $400 in usage on top of your $200 base plan — about $600 for the month before number and CRM costs. If a typical connected conversation runs 3 minutes, 2,000 minutes is around 660 real conversations. Pre-buy a bulk-minute package and the same 2,000 minutes can cost closer to $300–$350 in usage as your effective rate slides toward $0.15/min. An Agency team pushing 10,000+ minutes sees an even larger gap between the $0.18 list rate and the $0.16 bulk floor.

Bulk minutes

Bulk-minute packages & how the rate drops

Every plan can pay list rate as it goes, or pre-buy blocks of minutes at a discount. The more minutes you commit to up front, the lower your effective per-minute rate: Single Account slides from $0.20 down toward $0.15/min, and Agency from $0.18 down toward $0.16/min. You pick the package that matches your expected volume at checkout, and you can move up a tier whenever your dialing ramps.

Bulk minutes don't expire at the end of the calendar month — they carry over until you use them. That means a slow week doesn't waste what you paid for, and a heavy week doesn't trigger a surprise overage. For agencies running several campaigns at once, buying in bulk is usually the single biggest lever on cost per booked appointment, because the rate improvement compounds across every conversation your team has.

Choosing a plan

Single Account vs Agency — which fits you

Single Account ($200/mo + $500 setup) is built for the solo producer. You get one managed AI caller running outbound and inbound, warm transfers straight to your phone, auto-booking to your calendars, and full HighLevel sync. If you're one agent who wants the AI dialing your list and handing you live, interested prospects, this is the plan. It closes while you sleep and books while you're on another call.

Agency ($500/mo + $1,000 setup) adds everything a team needs: transfers that ring 20+ agents at once, round-robin across multiple numbers, per-agent availability toggles, multiple simultaneous campaigns and calendars, and priority white-glove onboarding. Agency also carries a lower per-minute rate ($0.18 vs $0.20, dropping to $0.16 at bulk), so the more your team dials, the more the plan pays for itself. If you have two or more producers — or you're routing shared leads across a floor — start with Agency.

Not sure which line you fall on? A good rule: if only one person will ever take live transfers, Single Account is enough; the moment a second agent needs to catch calls, the team routing and lower rate on Agency make it the cheaper choice per booked appointment. You can also start on Single Account and move up — your setup work carries over.

Getting live

White-glove setup & onboarding

The one-time setup fee — $500 on Single Account, $1,000 on Agency — isn't a formality. It pays for a person to stand your system up end to end so you don't have to. We write and tune your AI caller's script and objection handling for your product lines, connect your HighLevel account, provision your phone numbers and start the warmup schedule, wire your calendars for the right intents, and run test calls until bookings land cleanly in your pipeline.

Most agents are live within a few days rather than weeks, because we handle the fiddly integration work — the calendar mapping, the CRM field matching, the number registration — that usually stalls a DIY setup. Agency accounts get priority in the onboarding queue and a configuration built for multi-agent routing from day one. When you're calling regulated lines like Medicare, we'll also help you align disclosures with the applicable CMS and FCC/TCPA requirements so your campaigns start on solid footing.

Commitment

No contracts, cancel anytime

Plans are month-to-month by default. There's no multi-year commitment, no early-termination penalty, and no clause that quietly rolls you into another year. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and any bulk minutes you've purchased remain usable until then. If you'd rather lock in a lower effective rate, choose the annual option at checkout — that's your decision, not a requirement.

We price this way on purpose. When there's no contract holding you in, the product has to keep earning your business every month — through booked appointments, not fine print. Try it with a free demo call from the home page first, then start when the numbers make sense for you.

Third-party costs

Number & CRM costs explained

Two costs sit outside your plan, and we keep them transparent rather than bundling a markup into your subscription. Phone numbers are billed at cost through Twilio — typically around $1–$2 per number per month plus standard per-minute carrier and messaging fees. Agencies running round-robin across several numbers will carry a few of these, which is deliberate: spreading volume across numbers is part of how warmup and spam defense protect your delivery.

HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is your CRM and calendar layer. If you already run HighLevel, we simply connect to your existing account at no added cost. If you don't, HighLevel bills you directly for its own subscription — we don't resell it or mark it up. Keeping numbers and CRM as pass-through costs means your bill from us stays simple: plan fee, plus the talk minutes you used, and nothing hidden in between.

Pricing FAQ

Pricing, explained

The quick answers on plans, seats, cancellation, bulk minutes, and the costs that sit outside your subscription.

No. All plans are monthly or yearly with usage billed per minute according to the pricing table. You can experience it first with a free demo call — just enter your name and phone number on the home page to trigger one, so you hear the AI before you ever pay a setup fee.

No. There are no per-seat charges on either plan. Your plan covers the managed AI caller plus per-minute usage, and you can add agents to the warm-transfer pool without paying extra seat fees. On the Agency plan you can ring 20+ agents at once and it costs the same as ringing one.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalty. Plans are month-to-month by default, or annual if you choose the yearly option for a lower effective rate. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Bulk-minute packages lower your effective per-minute rate. Single Account drops from $0.20 toward $0.15/min, and Agency from $0.18 toward $0.16/min, as you pre-buy larger blocks of minutes. You choose a package at checkout, and unused bulk minutes carry over rather than expiring at the end of the month.

Setup is $500 for Single Account and $1,000 for Agency. It covers white-glove onboarding: building your AI caller's script and objection handling, connecting your HighLevel account, provisioning and warming your phone numbers, wiring your calendars, and running test calls until everything books cleanly. You are live in days, not weeks.

Phone numbers are billed at cost through Twilio — typically about $1–$2 per number per month plus standard carrier fees — and are separate from your plan so you never pay a markup. HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is billed by HighLevel directly if you don't already have an account; if you do, we simply connect to it.

A useful rule of thumb: a connected conversation runs roughly 2–4 minutes, and many dial attempts end in seconds on voicemail, which we drop instantly so you aren't charged for dead air. If you expect 2,000 talk minutes a month on Single Account at $0.20/min, that's about $400 in usage on top of the $200 base — and bulk packages bring that down.

Single Account runs one AI caller and transfers live calls to you — ideal for a solo producer. Agency adds team routing: round-robin across multiple numbers, transfers to 20+ agents at once, availability toggles per agent, multiple simultaneous campaigns and calendars, and priority onboarding. Agency also has a lower per-minute rate, so high-volume teams save as they scale.
