Short how-tos for the eight things agents ask about most. Each one links deeper into the Help Center when you want the full walkthrough.
Getting started & onboarding
Start with a free demo call from the home page — enter your name and number and the AI rings you back in seconds so you can hear it live. When you're ready to go live, white-glove onboarding takes it from there: we build your caller's script and objection handling, connect your HighLevel account, provision and warm your numbers, and wire your calendars. Most agents are fully live within a few days, not weeks, because the integration work is done for you. Have your product lines, calendar links, and HighLevel login ready to speed things up.
Calling: outbound campaigns & inbound
Load a list and the AI dials outbound on your behalf, working through numbers and holding natural conversations with anyone who picks up. It also answers inbound calls to your numbers, so a lead who calls back reaches the AI instead of voicemail. On voicemail the call drops in under a second so you aren't billed for dead air, and spam-flagged numbers are tagged and skipped. To launch a campaign, add your contacts, choose the script, set your calling window, and the AI handles the rest.
Warm transfers & agent availability
When the AI has a qualified, interested caller on the line, it warm-transfers them to a live agent — ringing up to 20+ agents at once on the Agency plan and connecting whoever answers first. Use per-agent availability toggles to control who is in the pool right now, so calls only ring agents who are ready. If nobody answers, the AI books the appointment instead, so the lead is never dropped. Solo agents on Single Account get transfers straight to their own phone.
Numbers & warmup
Numbers are provisioned through Twilio and billed at cost — typically about $1–$2 per number per month. New numbers need warmup: sending high volume from a brand-new number gets it flagged as spam, so we ramp gradually — roughly 10 then 20 then 30 then 40 calls per day per number over successive weeks — until carriers trust it. Agencies spread volume with round-robin across several numbers, which protects delivery and keeps answer rates healthy. You don't manage this by hand; the schedule runs automatically once numbers are live.
Booking & calendars
Map each intent — ACA, Medicare, Dental, or your own lines — to a calendar, and the AI books to the right one automatically. It reads live availability so it never double-books, and the appointment writes straight into HighLevel with the caller's details attached. That means a booked lead shows up on your calendar and in your CRM at the same moment, with no manual entry. If you run multiple calendars for a team, each agent's availability feeds the routing.
CRM sync & integrations (HighLevel)
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is the hub. Tags, custom fields, pipeline stages, call transcripts, and recordings sync automatically, so every conversation is logged against the contact and your follow-up automations run off one source of truth. If you already use HighLevel we connect to your existing account; if not, we help you set one up during onboarding. You can extend further with Zapier to push data into other tools, keeping your stack in sync without manual copying.
Billing & plans
Plans are month-to-month with no contracts: Single Account is $200/mo plus $500 setup, and Agency is $500/mo plus $1,000 setup. On top of the plan you pay per talk minute — from $0.20/min on Single Account and $0.18/min on Agency, dropping toward $0.15 and $0.16 with bulk-minute packages. Phone numbers and HighLevel are billed at cost, separately, with no markup. See the pricing page for the full breakdown and a worked example.

Support questions, answered
The fastest answers on demos, onboarding, transfers, warmup, booking, CRM sync, billing, and login.
From the home page, enter your name and phone number and the AI will call you within seconds. It's the fastest way to hear the voice, pacing, and objection handling before you onboard. There's no charge for the demo, and you can request one as many times as you like while you evaluate.
Most agents go live within a few days. During white-glove setup we build your script, connect HighLevel, provision and begin warming your numbers, and wire your calendars, then run test calls until bookings land correctly. Agency accounts get priority in the onboarding queue and a multi-agent routing setup from the start.
A warm transfer is a live hand-off: when the AI has a qualified, interested prospect on the line, it rings your agents and connects the first one to answer. On the Agency plan it can ring 20+ agents at once, so the caller reaches whoever is free fastest. If no one answers, the AI books the appointment instead, so the lead is never lost.
New numbers that suddenly place high call volume look suspicious to carriers and get flagged as spam, which kills your delivery. Warmup ramps volume gradually — roughly 10 then 20 then 30 then 40 calls per day per number over successive weeks — so carriers build trust in your numbers. Combined with round-robin across several numbers, it keeps your answer rates healthy.
The AI detects the caller's intent — for example ACA, Medicare, or Dental — and books to the calendar you've mapped to that intent. It reads live availability so it never double-books, and the appointment is written straight into HighLevel with the caller's details. You just show up to the meeting already on your calendar.
Tags, custom fields, pipeline stages, call transcripts, and recordings all sync automatically into your HighLevel (GoHighLevel) account. That means every conversation the AI has is logged against the contact, so your follow-up, reporting, and automations all run off one source of truth. If you don't have HighLevel yet, we help you connect one during onboarding.
Use the password reset link on the login page at account.affordablecare.ai to regain access. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam and confirm you're using the email tied to your account. If you're still locked out, contact support and a real person will verify your account and restore access.
