AI Receptionist Pro offers automated services for answering calls, screening spam, setting appointments, and performing warm transfers to your team. Our services are integrated with various CRM systems, including High Level.

3. Payments and Billing

Usage-Based Fees: You pay only for the minutes used by our AI Receptionist service. The current rate is 40 cents per minute, and when you sign up, you will purchase 3000 tokens (equivalent to $20 or 50 minutes of usage).

Automatic Charges: We automatically charge your credit card when your account reaches the minimum threshold of 600 tokens. At that point, an additional 3000 tokens ($20) will be automatically added to your account.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused tokens or minutes unless required by law. Please ensure that your account is in good standing to avoid service disruptions.

4. Data Collection and Security

Call Transcripts: All calls answered by AI Receptionist Pro are transcribed and securely stored in our system. These transcripts are encrypted to ensure the security and privacy of your data. Only authorized personnel or users with proper credentials will be able to access the transcripts.Encryption: All data, including call transcripts and any other customer information stored in our databases, is encrypted to provide a high level of security.
